Competent Medical Evidence for VA Disability Cliams
VA Psychological Independent Medical Examinations Built for Evidentiary Review
Conducted by licensed PhD and PsyD psychologists, our evaluations are structured to meet VA evidentiary standards through clinical diagnosis, medical opinions, and clear clinical rationale.
How Our VA Psychological IMEs Are Built
Every Independent Medical Examination follows a structured clinical and evidentiary workflow designed to meet VA standards for competent medical evidence under 38 CFR §3.159.
From intake through final report delivery, each step is documented, reviewed, and written with the VA’s evaluation criteria in mind.
Our process emphasizes clear clinical findings, proper diagnostic support when indicated, and medical opinion language consistent with VA evidentiary requirements — so your report is usable, relevant, and appropriately weighted by adjudicators.
Compassionate Care for Veterans
Mission-Driven. Veteran-Focused. Nationally Trusted.
Our examinations cover a full range of service‑connected mental health conditions, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, military sexual trauma (MST), and others.
We are a specialist IME and assessment practice — no therapy, no general counseling — focused on VA disability examinations.
Unlike many companies that subcontract evaluations, all of our licensed psychologists are employees of the practice.
