Crystal, PsyD

CEO & Founder

Dr. Crystal Willoughby is the owner of the practice, which has been in operation since 2016. She hires, trains, supervises, and oversees numerous psychologists, associates, and staff that are employed throughout the company. Dr. Willoughby earned her Doctor of Psychology degree specializing in Clinical and Family Psychology from Azusa Pacific University.

She has extensive experience with psychological testing and has been the primary evaluator for numerous private schools in the Baltimore area. In addition to psychological testing, Dr. Willoughby has worked doing therapy with individuals, couples, and families. Unfortunately, Dr. Willoughby is not currently taking any new therapy clients. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, reading, volunteering, and spending time with her family. You will often find her roaming the parking lot and talking to people who are obsessing over her dog Yeti.

Danielle, MS

Psych Associate

Danielle Fenwick is a Registered Psychology Associate, under the supervision of Dr. Crystal Willoughby. She graduated from Loyola University with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. She has extensive training in psychological and educational testing with children, adolescents, and adults in both private practice and hospital settings. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family (including her dog) and friends, practicing yoga, exercising, and traveling. An avid baker, Danielle can whip up handcrafted baked goods, much to the delight of the office.

Katie

Business Manager

Katie helps clients navigate the intake process and advises them on any questions that might arise. She also keeps our staff culture focused on maintaining the highest quality client experience. Katie is passionate about mental health, especially for kids and adolescents, and loves to see younger generations taking their mental well-being seriously.

She loves playing outside with her dog and trying out new recipes. She has also never met a dog she doesn’t like.

McKenzie

Billing & HR Manager

Got a question? McKenzie’s got the answers. She facilitates communication between clients and clinicians and handles all billing needs with care and expertise. With a laugh that echoes for miles, she’s your companion on your wellness journey, offering warmth and support. She’s passionate about mental health and takes pride in making clients feel safe and supported from the very first phone call.

And if you’re lucky, you may even get a glimpse of her dog, Ty, our Junior Office Greeter!

Sophia

Administrative Assistant

Sophia is often the first friendly voice you hear on the phone or the warm welcome you receive when you walk through our doors. She ensures clients feel comfortable and supported from the very first interaction. Passionate about art, music, and literature, she brings creativity and enthusiasm to everything she does.

She loves cooking, painting, reading, and spending time outdoors—often with her dog by her side. She’s also a big Disney fan and enjoys working on cars in her spare time.

Yeti

Office Greeter

Yeti shines as our seasoned office greeter, effortlessly putting clients at ease with his friendly demeanor. He’s a gentle giant who relishes long walks, belly rubs, and the occasional Shake Shack burger. While he may not be a computer whiz, Yeti excels at keeping the staff on track and making sure clients feel right at home.

If you are uncomfortable with dogs, please let us know in advance, and we will give him the day off from the office.

Junior Office Greeter

Feeling nervous about your wellness journey? Ty’s got you covered. With her welcoming nature, she takes her role as office greeter seriously. She learned from the best and is always there with a warm smile. When she’s not charming visitors, Ty enjoys spirited games of tug-of-war and pondering life’s big questions while gazing out the window..

If you are uncomfortable with dogs, please let us know in advance, and we will give her the day off from the office.

VETERAN SERVICES

Mandy B., PhD

Director of Veteran Services

Dr. Mandy Barrow is the Director of Veteran Services, overseeing our team conducting veteran evaluations. She earned her PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007, with a double major in psychology and Spanish.

With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Barrow has provided psychological evaluations in various settings and has specialized in mental health consultations for veterans since 2020.

A proud Texas Longhorn, she enjoys running on Houston’s trails and reading novels in her free time.

Amanda B., PhD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Amanda Bourg is a clinical psychologist specializing in veteran evaluations. She holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Oklahoma State University and a Post-Doctoral Master’s in Psychopharmacology from Alliant International University. Licensed in Louisiana and Tennessee, Dr. Bourg has over 24 years of experience, including 16 years specializing in PTSD treatment for veterans.

She enjoys gardening, food fermentation, and spending time with her family and pets.

Amy L., PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Amy Lukowski is a clinical psychologist specializing in veteran evaluations. Inspired by veterans’ resilience and their willingness to seek support, she has extensive experience leading behavioral health programs, including large-scale projects like LVGO’s IPO and TDOC’s merger. Currently, she serves as Director of Integrated Behavioral Health, guiding the integration of behavioral and primary care.

In her free time, Dr. Lukowski enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Chad H., PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Chad Houchin is a clinical psychologist specializing in veteran evaluations. He holds a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from George Fox University and has 16 years of experience, including work at the Salem Veterans Center and Peterson Air Force Base. Dr. Houchin has written over 2,300 Independent Medical Evaluations for veterans over the past four years.

An avid reader, Dr. Houchin enjoys reading extensively across various topics. He also engages in creative and building projects, and plays a lot of tennis.

Chelsea H., PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Chelsea is a clinical psychologist specializing in veteran evaluations. With over 15 years of experience, she earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland and is a professor at Johns Hopkins University, having previously taught at Loyola University. She specializes in conducts independent medical evaluations for veterans nationwide.

Eric J., PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Eric Jacobson is a clinical psychologist specializing in veteran evaluations. With nearly 20 years of experience across various care settings, he has extensive expertise in psychological testing and has helped connect many to the right resources. He has conducted independent medical evaluations for veterans since 2022.

A baseball and college football fan (Go Huskies!), he also grew up in Seattle’s music scene and appears in Pearl Jam’s Even Flow video.

Erica H., PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Erica Hunt is a clinical psychologist specializing in trauma-related disorders, focusing on veterans. She graduated from Pacific University in 2007 with a degree in Clinical Psychology and has additional training in military culture and evidence-based treatments. Erica also volunteers with a local veteran’s non-profit, connecting veterans to behavioral health services.

When not working, Erica can be found hiking through the stunning Columbia River Gorge, embracing nature’s beauty.

Frank B., PhD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Frank Bevacqua is a clinical psychologist specializing in veteran evaluations. With over three years of experience, he’s completed more than 2,000 Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) for veterans. Dr. Bevacqua holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University.

He enjoys family time with his wife and their one-year-old, always seeking new ways to create lasting memories.

Julie M., PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Julie Mall is a clinical psychologist specializing in veteran evaluations. She has worked with veterans since 2021 and previously provided therapy in private practice, including substance abuse treatment for military personnel at risk of dishonorable discharge.

She finds it a privilege to serve veterans and first responders. In her free time, she loves tap dancing—a lifelong passion she’d do six nights a week if she could!

Kayleena K., PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Kayleena Kelly is a clinical psychologist specializing in veteran evaluations. With 15 years of experience, she has worked in VA-partnered hospitals and currently works part-time at Allegiance Medical Group, a veteran-only clinic.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University.

Fun fact: she used to custom paint motorcycles to pay for college.

Lauren C., PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Lauren Chavis is a licensed psychologist with experience working with veterans. She earned her PsyD from William James College and completed an APA-accredited internship and postdoc fellowship. Lauren specializes in substance abuse, perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and runs a private practice offering therapy and psychological assessments.

A former college soccer player, Lauren is proud of her father’s service in the Vietnam War. She enjoys hiking with her husband, daughter, and dog.

Paloma O., PhD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Paloma Ocampo is a clinical psychologist specializing in veteran evaluations. She has experience working with adults who have experienced trauma, including those with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Dr. Ocampo is skilled in conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and is licensed in Texas as well as a Psypact provider.

Her favorite show is Abbott Elementary, and she enjoys spending her free time catching up on episodes.

Rebeccah C., PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Rebeccah Costa is a clinical psychologist specializing in veteran evaluations. She earned her PsyD from William James College in 2019, focusing on children, families, and global mental health. She completed postdoctoral training with Autism Care Partners before becoming licensed.

Passionate about serving vulnerable populations, Dr. Costa works with veterans and children with developmental disorders. She also enjoys teaching and supervising. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends—and catching a Broadway show whenever she can!

Riannon H., MS

Psych Associate

Riannon Hazell is a psych associate specializing in veteran evaluations. With over five years of experience working with veterans, Riannon earned a BS in Psychology from Towson University and an MS in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland.

As a military spouse, Riannon has a deep understanding of the unique challenges veterans face. She is also a former student of Dr. Willoughby and has experience conducting psychological testing in Maryland. In her free time, Riannon enjoys reading and has read over 50 books each year for the past few years.

Thuy P., PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Thuy Pham is a clinical psychologist specializing in veteran evaluations. She holds a PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a Minor in Health Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. Licensed in IN, IL, and TN, Dr. Pham has 24 years of experience and is trained in CBT. Born in Vietnam, she is fluent in conversational Vietnamese.

When she’s not working, Dr. Pham loves running outdoors—even in the snow—and working out at F45. A food enthusiast, she enjoys seeking out the best Korean and Vietnamese cuisine wherever she goes. She is married with two adult children and a dog.

Yesenia C., PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Yesenia Castillo is a clinical psychologist specializing in veteran evaluations. She has experience conducting disability exams and providing therapy to veterans in a prison setting. Dr. Castillo holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and completed an APA-accredited internship at the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

She also has experience in various assessments, including pre-surgical and fitness-for-duty evaluations. In her free time, Dr. Castillo enjoys bodybuilding, learning Italian, and exploring European Christmas markets.
